How to Use:

Topically: Add a few drops to your favorite carrier oil and rub into skin.

Aromatically: Add a few drops to a diffuser. Inhale aroma directly from bottle.

Internally: Add a drop to your toothpaste, add a drop to a cotton ball and place on sore teeth or gums, use as part of a coconut oil pull.

1. Skin and Acne*: Helps rejuvenate and stimulate blood flow to skin

  • a. Add a drop to your face cream
  • b. Mix 3 drops of oil with 2 tsp raw honey. Wash face.

2. Dental Care*: The germicidal properties of this oil make it very effective for relieving dental pain, toothache, sore gums and mouth ulcers. This oil can be used for gargling which helps ease throat pain and irritation. The characteristic smell also helps eliminate bad breath. It has been shown to be effective against cavities.

  • a. Add a drop to your toothpaste
  • b. Make your own toothpaste
  • c. Use with coconut oil for oil pulling
  • d. Use with coconut oil to soothe teething babies (be sure to extreme dilute this oil before using on babies as this oil can cause burns if used incorrectly)
  • e. Add a drop to a cotton ball and place against sore gums or teeth while you sleep

3. Stress*: This oil is aphrodisiac in nature, which serves as an excellent stress reliever. It has a stimulating effect on the mind and helps remove mental exhaustion and fatigue. It also induces sleep and is useful for treating neural disorders such as memory loss, depression and anxiety.

  • b. Inhale over an open bottle.

4. Immune System*: This oil has antiviral properties and the ability to purify blood, acts as a scavenger on dangerous free radicals.

  • a. Add a few drops to a diffuser.

5. Infections*: Due to it’s antiseptic properties, this oil is useful for wound, cuts, scabies, athlete’s foot, fungal infections, bruises, prickly heat, and other types of injuries. Can also be used for treating insect bites and stings.

  • a. Add a few drops to your favorite carrier oil and massage on affected areas.

6. Headache*: Has anti-inflammatory agents. Also works as a pain reliever on other parts of the body.

  • a. Mix a few drops with salt and your favorite carrier oil and apply to forehead
  • b. Mix a few drops with your favorite carrier oil and apply to temples or neck
  • c. Mix a few drops with your favorite carrier oil and apply to sore areas of the body

7. Respiratory Problems*: Has a cooling and anti-inflammatory effect.

  • a. Add a few drops to your favorite carrier oil and apply to chest.
  • b. Inhale over an open bottle.

8. Earache*

  • a. Add a few drops to sesame oil that has been warmed. Put a few drops of mixture on cotton ball and place in ear. Never put oils directly in ears, nose, eyes, or genatalia.

9. Indigestion*: Effective for treatment of stomach-related problems such as hiccups, indigestion, motion sickness, and flatulence.

  • a. Inhale over an open bottle.
  • b. Add a few drops to a diffuser.

10. Nausea*: Helps in reducing nausea and vomiting and is used often for pregnancy-related morning sickness and discomfort.

  • a. Add a few drops to a diffuser
  • b. Add a few drops to distilled water in a spray bottle and spray pillows before going to sleep.

11. Insect Repellent*: This oil is commonly used as a component in bug repellent and insect-repelling candles as the vapor is very potent for the olfactory senses of many insects.

  • a. Add a few drops to a spray bottle of distilled water and spray bed sheets to keep bugs away.

12. Cosmetics, soaps, perfumes*: This oil is often used in cosmetic creams and lotions, and provides relief from pain and stress. Provides powerful aroma, soothing effects, and antiseptic properties. It has a powerful and unique aroma.

  • a. Add a drop to your face cream, mix and apply.
  • b. Add a few drops to your favorite carrier oil and massage into your skin.
  • c. Add a few drops to your liquid bath soap.
  • d. Add a drop to your favorite perfume, or make your own perfume.
