How to Use:

Topically: Add a drop to a wet cotton ball. Add 3-5 drops to your bath. Add 3-5 drops to a cold compress. Add 3-5 drops to a hot compress. Add 3-5 drops to your favorite carrier oil.

Aromatically: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser. Add 3-5 drops to steaming water.

Internally: Add 3-5 drops to your drinking water.

1. Acne, blemishes, or oily skin*

  • a. Wet a cotton ball, add 1 drop of oil and dab lightly on acne and blemishes, gently rub off facial oil

2. Boredom and lethargy*:

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to a diffuser

3. Cellulite*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to 1 oz of your favorite carrier oil and massage into affected areas regularly

4. Colds, coughs, flu, fever, or chills*

  • a. Add 8 to 10 drops to your bath
  • b. Add 2 to 3 drops to 1 oz of your favorite carrier oil and massage into body or chest
  • c. Add 2 to 3 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place towel over head and bowl and breath in steam
  • d. Add 3-5 drops to a cold compress for fevers
  • e. Add 3-5 drops to a hot compress for chills

5. Constipation*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to 1 oz of your favorite carrier oil and massage into lower back area.

6. Creativity*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to a diffuser

7. Chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, fear, mental exhaustion, nervous tension, or stress*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to a diffuser
  • b. Add 2 to 3 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place towel over head and bowl and breath in steam
  • c. Add 8 to 10 drops to your bath

8. Fluid retention*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to your favorite carrier oil and massage into lower abdomen and back, or any other affected areas.

9. Gingivitis and mouth ulcers*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops in to a glass of water, swish around mouth and spit out. Repeat as necessary

10. Joint and muscle pain*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to your favorite carrier oil and massage on affected area
  • b. Add 3-5 drops to a hot compress

11. Inflammation caused by eczema and psoriasis*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to your favorite carrier oil and massage into affected area

12. PSeasonal Affective stress and premenstrual syndrome*

  • a. Add 2 to 3 drops to a diffuser
  • b. Add 8 to 10 drops to your bath
