and The Pursuit of Health
Garlic has been a mainstay of Southern European cooking for centuries, but
much of the world has an appreciation for the medicinal benefits of

For example, allicin is thought to be the key component involved in the
process of vasodilation of the small capillaries and alveoli in the lungs,

Many types of bacteria hate allicin
